The customer service at Railway Hotel was exceptional. When we lost our car key, the manager went above and beyond to retrieve a spare key for us. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Despite some minor drawbacks, overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is in a great location as it is close to the train station, with its own car park and within walking distance of a supermarket. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and tidy, with the whitest linen and plenty of towels. The shared showers were very clean, and we were provided with free tea and coffee. The hotel facilities were also excellent, with a bar downstairs which had a friendly atmosphere and games to play. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to others.
